Sol Alidor-Hamilton played for Norwich City's Under-18s in their friendly against Dereham on 9th August 2019. He is a student at Langley School.

On 19th August 2020 Norwich announced that six Academy youngsters, including Alidor-Hamilton, had signed with the Club as first-year scholars with the Canaries. Sol was described as a central midfielder.

He was released by Norwich on 20th May 2022.

He signed for Southern League side Kempston Rovers on 10th July 2023. He joined Waltham Abbey in August 2023 before moving to Arlesey Town in August 2024.
