Biography

Arie Ammann (reported as Hammann) played for Norwich's Under-18s in goal against Southend in BC Worldwide Challenge Trophy in July 2012. This was part of a five week trial for the American goalkeeper whose father Mike played for Charlton Athletic as well as in the USA for DC United. Ammann also trialled with Derby, Tottenham and Fulham before joining Watford on a two year scholarship.

He then returned to the USA for a scholarship with Penn State University. In 2019 he transferred to the University of Pittsburgh playing for the Panthers.
