Jess Barrett from
Oxford played a few games in 1988/89 for Norwich City's Under 14/15
and played in a completion at Aston University in the summer where
we reached the semi final of the schools cup alongisde Ade Akinbyi.
Jess was at Oxford before a Norwich scout picked him up. He then
went to Peterbourgh after for a few trial games but had to have
key hole surgery for ligaments at 18 and gave up football at the
age of 21
