Left-back/midfielder Harley Black made his debut for Norwich's Under-18s in a 6-0 defeat to Newcastle on 7th May 2013, in a team made up of Under-16 players and triallists. He was released by Norwich's academy in 2008 but joined Personal Best Soccer and signed a two year contract with the Canaries in June 2012.

He is part of Norwich's Under-16 squad for the 2013/14 season

Harley signed on as an Academy Scholar with Norwich on 8th July 2014 and will be part of the Under-18 side

On 3rd May 2016, Norwich announrced that they would not be offering Harley a professional contract and that he would leave the club in June. He joined Dereham Town in August 2016.

In early summer 2017, Harley moved to Wroxham.
