Charlie Campbell made his first start for Norwich's Under-18s on 30th October 2021 against West Brom before playing against Birmingham on 6th November 2021 in a 3-1 win. He is believed to be a midfielder.

He missed most of the 2021/22 season through injury but played for the Under-21s/Under-23s during the 2022 close season.

On 31st May 2023 Norwich's Academy announched that they would not be renewing his contract when it expired on 30th June 2023

On 1st September 2024 he signed for Athletic Newham who play in the Essex Senior League.
