Biography

Josh Carus was a trainee professional released by Norwich during the 1995/96 season. He initially joined King's Lynn but moved to Wroxham who play in the Ridgeons Football League.

Carus trialled with AFC Sudbury in July 2013 and signed for them. He then returned to Norfolk to sign for Norwich United,
