Striker Lee Catchpole was
in the Norwich City Under 15 squad that won the Northern Ireland
Milk Cup in August 2001. Spotted playing for Bungay High School
and Lowestoft Schoolboys. he has since transferred his
Academy scholarship to Watford where he played up front for their
Under 17 side.
Released at the end of the 2003/4 season, Lee successfully earned
a soccer scholarship in the USA with the University of Buffalo
Lee later played for the Ocean City Barons in the USA's Premier
Development League (the USA's fourth division) before signing
for North Carolina based side the Cary Railhawks who were renamed
in 2009 as the Cary Clarets due to a tie-up with Burnley,
In August 2009, Lee joined Niagara University as a coach for
their soccer team.
Lee is also playing for FC Buffalo in the USA's National Professional
Soccer League
Lee won two caps representing the English Futsal Team against
Romania in 2005. He also represented Great Britain at the World
University Games in Izmir, Turkey in 2005
