Reuben Cooper joined Norwich on 31st July 2025 signing from Scottish side Kilmarnock where he won the Scottish Youth Cup in May 2025 scoring in the final against Dundee. The young forward signed a contract until 2028 and will initially join as part of the development pathway, playing with the club's Under-21s and Under-18s. He made his senior debut for Kilmarnock in the Challenge Cup playing 90 minutes on the left and scoring in a 4-2 defeat to Cowdenbeath. He has played for Scotland at Under-18 level
Cooper said: "It's a big step in my career, it's something I've always hoped would happen and something I've always chased. I got picked up by Kilmarnock when I was 12 and was there for six years. I'm just off the back of winning the Scottish Youth Cup and I was named as man of the match and scored the winner. I really enjoyed my time, they put a lot of trust into me and helped me advance my game. I want to be a main-stay in the Under-21s this season. I think I'll be with the Under-18s to settle in but I want to make that next step."
