He will officially join on the start of the 2024 transfer window for €3.5m, subject to international clearance, and will become Johannes Hoff Thorup's first signing. In 2020 he transferred on loan to Spanish side Celta Vigo but didn't manage to break through in the senior team and made appearances mainly with the reserve team. He had two trials with Bulgarian side Etar before they signed him on loan . Córdoba made ten appearances in the Bulgarian First League during the second half of the 2020/21. After they were relegated, he stayed and played eight games in the second season before joining Levski Sofia in September 2021 initially on loan. This was turned permanent in April 2022.

In March 2022 he made his debut for Panama in the 2022 World Cup qualification clash with Canada, playing the full 90 minutes in a 1-0 win. At the time of his move to Norwich, he had 12 caps for Panama. In June 2024 he played for Panama in the Copa America making his first appearance in a 3-1 defeat to Uruguay.
