According to his LinkedIn profile, Ricky Douglas joined Norwich City as a Regional Recruitment Officer in October 2020. Prior to his role with the Canaries, he was the Head of Academy recruitment at Stevenage Borough. The former Bournemouth University graduate has also worked for Barnet as Academy Recruitment Officer and for Wolves as a Regional Recruitment Officer / South West Academy Scout Co-ordinator.

Ricky and Alex Kaufman were involved with signing Ware FC as the Canaries' partner club for Hertfordshire. Ricky hails from Hertfordshire and played for their schools' Under-18 team.
