Saxon Earley played for Norwich's Under-16s in their 1-0 win over Ipswich in the Hospital Cup (8th May 2018). He was then was on the bench for Norwich City's under-18s in their 1-0 defeat to Reading on 18th August 2018. He is a pupil at the Langley School and had joined Norwich as an Under-9.
He joined Norwich as an Under-18 scholar for the 2018/19 season.
On 11th July 2022 he was loaned to Stevenage for the 2022/23 campaign. He played 27 times for Stevenage before being recalled at the beginning of January 2023. On 2nd January 2023 he signed for Plymouth for an undisclosed fee. Argyle boss Steven Schumacher said"He is another exciting young player that we have added to our squad that will improve our strength in depth. Saxon has enjoyed a really successful loan spell at the top of League Two with Stevenage in the first half of this season, and we think he is ready for the step up to show what he can do in League One." He made his Argyle debut as a late substitute for Bali Mumba in Plymouth's 0-0 draw at Bolton on 7th January 2023. He played nine games as Argyle won the League One title.
He joined Wycombe Wanderers on loan on 1st February 2024, having played only twice during 2023/24 for Argyle. However he didn't play for Wanderers.
He moved to Lincoln City on loan on 30th August 2024.
