Callum Ellesley made his Norwich City Under-18s debut in January 2015 against Fulham. He had joined Norwich from Tottenham as an under-16 with a scholarship from the summer of 2015.

He became a first year scholar in July 2015.

On 5th May 2017, it was reported that he would be offered a professional contract with the Canaries

In the autumn of 2017, he was loaned to Isthmian League side Cheshunt,

Leaving Norwich in 2018, he subsequently played for Royston Town, Hendon Yown and Enfield Town
