West Ham United defender Asher Falase played on trial for Norwich City's Under-18s in their 4-0 home defeat to Spurs on 1st April 2023.

Asher grew up in Harlow, Essex and joined West Ham aged 9. In hisfirst full season with the West Ham United U18s saw him play 25 times in all competitions, including 16 starts, as Kevin Keen's side finished second in the U18 Premier League South.

Released by West Ham in June 2023, Falase signed for Bishops Stortford in December 2023. Stortford were playing in the National League North. Bishops Stortford finished bottom of National League North that season and were relegated.
