Norwich City Under-15 striker Alan Fleming was called up into the England training camp in early 2015. He was one of ten yougnsters to join Norwich's Under-18s as first year scholars on 1st July 2016. He had been with Luton before joining Norwich.

In late March 2018, he played on trial for Nottingham Forest's under-23s in a game against Millwall. On 6th May, it was announced that Fleming would be leaving Norwich at the end of the season.

He joined Southern League side Kings Langley in August 2018 but left the following month. On 1st July 2019 he joined Wingate FC. In February 2020 he joined Brentwood but by September 2020 he was playing for Biggleswade. He moved to Kempston Rovers on 22nd June 2023.
