Midfielder Adam Forshaw signed for Norwich on a free transfer on 26th August 2023.

Forshaw joined the Everon Academy aged seven. He made his reserve team debut in March 2009 before making his first team debut against BATE Borisov in the Europa League on 17th December 2009.. His Premier League debut came on 9th April 2011 against Wolves.

On 24th February 2012 he was loaned to Brentford, making seven appearances. In May 2012 he transferred permanently to the West London side and went on to play 100 games, scoring 11 goals.

On 1st September 2014 he moved to Wigan for £2.5million to reunite with former Brentford manager Uwe Rosler. Rosler was sacked in November 2014 and Forshaw moved to Middlesbrough for £2million on 28th January 2015. He had played 17 games for Wigan.

On 18th January 2018 he moved to Leeds for £4.5million. He had played 79 games for Boro, scoring twice. He made 91 appearances over the next five years but his time with the Yorkshire club, was affected by injuries, including a hip problem which needed surgery and a fractured kneecap. He was released by Leeds in May 2023.

He made his Norwich debut on 29th August 2023 in the Carabao Cup win at Bristol City.

On 19th January 2024 he transferred to Plymouth Argyle. He had played nine games for Norwich but only two were starts in the league. His final appearance was the 1-1 draw with Bristol City in the FA Cup. He made his Plymouth debut on 20th January in a 3-1 win over Cardiff.
