Osman Foyo came on as a 70th minute substitute for Norwich City's Under-18s in their 1-1 draw with Brighton on 21st November 2020. He was previously with Chelsea.
On 16th July 2021 it was confirmed he was awarded a scholarship deal with Norwich. He started his career at Norwich as a central midfielder, but in 2021/22 also played at left-back
He joined Ipswich on a work experience loan in the Autumn of 2022 and scored the winner as Ipswich beat Huddersfield in the FA Youth Cup. He then signed for Ipswich in January 2023. He was known to Ipswich's Academy manager Dean Wright who had signed him for Norwich aged 13 or 14.
He was loaned to Torquay United of the National League South on 22nd December 2023.
A further loan occured on 16th August 2024 when he joined National League South side Chelmsford City. Manager Robbie Simpson said: “Osman is someone we have been looking to bring in for a while, we hoped it was done 3 or 4 weeks ago to be honest but Ipswich wanted to keep him in and around their first team for their pre-season. With their season starting this weekend they finally allowed Osman to come out to us and we are delighted to get him over the line, he adds a real amount of pace and power to our forward line. He can play in any of the front positions, out wide or down through the middle or even as an advanced midfield player, he just gives us another dimension to our play. He has had experience at this level for the first time last season and made his debut for Torquay against us in December. We are really pleased to get Osman and we are really looking forward to seeing him in a Claret shirt and exciting the fans!”
