Christian Frimpong played for Norwich's Under-18s against West Brom on March 7th 2015.

He started his Football Career with Hullavington FC and then joined the FC Chippenham Youth in 2010. In 2012 he was scouted by the Pro Bristol academy and joined Bristol City Academy team. .He moved on to Reading's Academy playing for their U14/U15 teams.

He had interest from a number of teams including Southampton , Liverpool, Leicester, Norwich, Birmingham, Watford and Scunthorpe. He signed a two year scholarship with Swindon on 28th July 2015.

He moved to Braintree in the summer of 2017. He later spent time with Lewes and Sudbury before joining Chelmsford City in National League South. He moved to Needham Market in the 2022/23 season before joining Wingate and Finchley of the Isthmian League in July 2023.

On 24th September 2024 Christian signed for Brightlingsea Regent.

His natural playing position is centre back and right back
