Biography

Jack Garrod played for Norwich's Under-12s in Norhalne Cup 2005 (Denmark) in May 2005. After a spell with Norwich United, he joined Lowestoft Town, playing primarily in their reserves. He moved to Gorleston in July 2013 and then to Wroxham in June 2014.

He plays at right midfield.

He currently works for Norwich City's Community Sport Foundation
