On 27th June 2025 Ryan Garry was appoitned as first team coach at Norwich City.
He has joined Arsenal's Academy in 1999 and won the FA Youth Cup in 2001. He made his Arsenal debut on 6 November 2002 against Sunderland in the League Cup. His only league appearance came against Southampton on 7th May 2003 with shin splints putting him on the sidelines. Released by Arsenal at the end of 2006/07 season, he joined Bournemouth and made 76 league appearances. In July 2011 he was forced to retire from football at the age of 27, after failing to recover from a persistent nerve-related problem in his lower leg and became first team coach and defensive co-ordinator at Bournemouth. He was released 10 months later.
After working for the NIKE Academy and Arsenal. he was appointed head coach of England's Under-18s in September 2021. In August 2022 he moved to be head coach of England's Under-17s but returned to the Under-18s.
In January 2024 he was appointed as Assistant Manager at Belgian side Lommel managed by former Arsenal defender and coach Steve Bould. Garry had a spell as caretaker manager from January 2025 to March 2025 after Bould was sacked.
