Biography

Ryan Gordon joined Norwich in August 2012 as a scout for the academy. He had previously been perfoming similar functions with Luton Town (2011-12), Barnet (2009-11) and Arsenal (2002-09). Prior to that he was reserve team manager at AFC Wimbledon (2007-08). He was also a director of Through The Third Academy.

In August 2014 he was appointed as Head of Category 3 Recruitment and Scouting for North and East London
