In the matchday programme for the 1-0 win over Ipswich on 6th April 2024, it was reported that Zach Gregory-Sclare would be joining Norwich as an apprentice in the 2024/25 season from grassroots football. He had played for the Middlesex Under-15 Representative Squad in 2022/23 when at Ashmole Academy (a school in Southgate, North London). He has played for Cockfosters and was a schoolboy with Southend.

On 3rd July 2024 it was announced that Zach was signing as an Academy scholar for the 2024/25 season.
