Former Norwich City Under 16 player Ryan Jenner from Stevenage, joined Cambridge City's youth academy in the summer of 2000. The young forward had also had trials with Fulham and Lincoln

Ryan spent a loan spell at Mildenhall during 2003/4 before being released by Cambridge City. In August 2004, he joined Southern League Eastern division side Arlesey Town, and made his debut in a 2-1 home defeat to Great Wakering Rovers, a match I happened to watch. He was later loaned to St Neots Town.

After a spell with Hitchin Town, Ryan joined Dunstable Town in March 2006. He moved to Biggleswade Town in the summer of 2006

By October 2009, he was playing for Dun Cow Reserves in the The Comet Stevenage Sunday Football League.
