Onetime Tottenham trainee Lee Kersey played for Norwich's Reserves
in their 2-2 draw at Bishop's Stortford on July 17th 1999. Lee
is from Harlow and was born on 12th August 1979. He failed to
break into the Tottenham first team. Lee joined Barnsley on loan.
When that trial ended, he returned to White Hart Lane only to
be released. He has since joined non-leaguers Enfield.
However Lee did not sign a contract with Enfield and in early
December 1999 was having talks with Conference side Stevenage.
This move later materialised. At the end of March 2000, Lee moved
onto Ryman League side Chesham United. A whole-scale clearout
at Chesham in May 2002 saw Lee released along with the majority
of the first team. Lee joined Paul Parker's Chelmsford City (Dr
Martens League) in mid August 2002.
He moved back to the Ryman League with Heybridge Swifts at the
beginning of 2003. Initially on loan, this move was made permanent
for a four figure fee and Lee signed on contract terms for Swifts
until the end of the 2003/04 season. With that contract now expired.
Lee joined Windsor and Eton. He joined Maidenhead but returned
to Windsor & Eton in September 2005.
After a spell with Maidenhead, Lee joined Staines Town in August
2008
