According to his Wikipedia page, Georgio Kyriacou joined Norwich
City FC on a trial basis in July 2006. He featured in a behind
closed doors friendly alongside the youth and reserve team. Also
attracting interest from Portsmouth FC, Watford FC and Crystal
Palace FC, Kyriacou decided to accept offers of trials from all
three clubs.
After suffering a career threatening ankle injury, Kyriacou joined
Stevenage FC in July 2007. Kyriacou joined as part of the club's
youth system run in-conjunction with North Hertfordshire College.
Kyriacou spent the 2007/2008 season regaining his fitness following
his injury, and returned making eight appearances in the Southern
Counties Floodlit Youth League and also appeared in the AVC International
Cup held in Sportilia, Italy. In the 2008/2009 season, Kyriacou
regained his best form and appeared in all twenty Football Conference
Youth League games. He was released from Stevenage at the end
of the 2008/2009 season after failing to earn a new contract.
Kyriacou spent the 2009/2010 searching for new opportunities
and after a trial at Luton Town FC, he decided to sign for U.S.A
based club Ventura County Fusion. in January 2011 (the 2009 PDL
National Champions) He also trialled with the Portland Timbers.
After a short spell in California with the Fusion, Kyriacou opted
to return to England
