Biography

Neil Liffen, a defender from Ipswich was a trainee professional with Norwich in 1992/93 and 1993/94. He bean playing for local junior side Kesgrave Kestrels at the age of 10 but joined Whitton United at the under-13 age group. Spotted by Glyn Roberts' father, he was recommended to Norwich and signed associate schoolboy forms at the age of 15.

He is now playing for Ridgeons League side Stanway Rovers managed by Steve Ball.
