Louis Lomas was part of Norwich's Under-16 team during 2016/17 but also played for the Under-18s, making his first appearance against Spurs on 3rd December 2016.
On 30th June 2018, he signed his first professional contract with Norwich.
On 6th January 2020 he signed a new contract with Norwich having been a regular in the Under-23 development squad. He was yet to make a senior appearance but did score the winner in the 2-1 Football League Trophy group stage win at Crawley Town in October 2019
On 16th January 2020 he joined American side Tampa Bay Rowdies on loan for their 2020 season, following in the footsteps of Caleb Richards.
Lomas returned to Norwich in July 2020. He then joined National League South side Slough Town on a season long loan on 16th September 2020. He had been training with the Rebels for a number of weeks, even playing in their last three friendly matches as a left-back.
He was one of seven players released by the Canaries on 27th May 2021. He joined National League North side Brackley in July 2021.
He moved to Southend United on 1st July 2022 and made 21 appearances in his first season.
