Biography

Middlesbrough's youth team left back James Middleton played for Norwich City Reserves in a 2-1 victory over Portsmouth on 6th May 1999. He has since been relased by 'Boro. After spells with Whitby Town and Markse United, James transferred to Bishops Auckland in October 2001. In February 2002, he moved on again, joining Thornaby-on-Tees where he played primarily in midfield. He currently plays for Shildon although he was the subject of an appraoch from Spennymoor. In June 2005, he switched to Billingham Synthonia.
