Midfielder Keiran Monlouis trialled with Norwich in July 2016 playing for their development squad in a 4-0 win over Dereham on 15th July 2016 in the Norfolk Invitation Cup. He began his career with Stoke City's academy. He transferred to Charlton in March 2015 but was released by July 2015. He also spent time with Crystal Palace. He then played for non-league Maldon & Tiptree for whom he made 48 appearancs in 2015.16 scoring six goals.
Monlouis moved to AFC Sudbury in February 2017 and then to St Albans City in March 2017.
On 26th August 2018, he signed for Scottish side Hamilton on a two year deal. Hamilton manager Martin Canning said "Kieran is a powerful box-to-box type midfielder who we think can develop further here. We hope to get him involved in the reserve games in the coming weeks to get him up to speed."
Failing to break through at Hamilton, he returned to England playing for Dulwich Hamlet and was loaned to Margate. He signed for Horsham in August 2020.
He made his international debut for St Lucia in November 2019 against the Dominican Republic.
