After trialling with Norwich City's Under-18s during the 2023 summer pre-season and in the opening games of the 2023/24 Under-18 season, winger Errol Mundle-Smith was offered a contract by Norwich on 29th August 2023. He had been with the Kinetic Academy in South London and has played for AFC Croydon.

He notched 12 goals in 22 appearances at Under-18s and Under-21s level in 2023/24, and towards the end of the season was regular in Premier League 2. This included an eye-catching hat-trick at that level in a 4-1 win at Aston Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training complex in April 2024.

On 28th June 2024 he signed his first professional contract with Norwich
