Rio Mundle made his debut for Norwich City's Under-18s as a 66th minute substitute in their 4-1 win at Aston Villa. He was previously at Leyton Orient an Tottenham as was his brother Romaine who left the Spurs academy in June 2023 to join Belgian side Standard Liege. It is believed that Rio is a full-back.

On 3rd July 2024 it was announced that Rio was signing as an Academy scholar for the 2024/25 season.

He signed his first professional contract with Norwich at the beginning of November 2024, keeping him at the club until 2027.
