Biography

Kamil Nowak joined Norwich City as a Positional Scouting Lead in October 2022.

He has worked as a scout in Poland for Slask Wroclaw (2014-15) and the Polish FA (2015-16) before moving to Al Nasr in Dubai for the Instat Sports Company, for whom he later worked in Ireland and at Feyenoord.

He was Lead Recruitment Analyst and Scout at Burnley from January 2017 to March 2019. He moved to Wigan as Head of Recruitment Analysis in March 2019 but returned to Burnley in January 201. He left Burnley for Norwich in October 2022.
