Timi Odusina joined Norwich from Arsenal at the age of 14. A centre-back, he broke into Norwich's Under-18s during 2015/16 despite playing for Darren Huckerby's Under-16s. He signed his first professional contract on 5th April 2016 and was one of ten yougnsters to join Norwich's Under-18s as first year scholars on 1st July 2016.
Odusina was called up to the first team bench for the away clash with Sheffield Wednesday on 3rd November 2018 due to an injury crisis and lack of homegrown players. He didn't play in the 4-0 win though.
On 17th January 2019 he joined National League side AFC Fylde on loan until the end of the 2018/19 season. He played the full 90 minutes on his debut as AFC Fylde won 2-0 at home to National League promotion rivals Wrexham. Odusina was on the bench as Fylde lost 3-0 to Salford City in the National League play-off final on 11th May 2019, missing out on a place in the Football League. He played nine times for Fylde. Some of that disappointment was removed when Oudinsa played in the FA trophy win over Leyton Orient on 19th May 2019, winning 1-0.
On 23rd January 2020 Odusina joined National League side Hartlepool on loan until the end of the 2019/20 season., Hartlepool's manager Dave Challinor was at AFC Fylde in 2019 when Odusina was loaned there.
It was announced on 27th May 2020 that Odusina would be released by the Canaries when his contract expired. He was soon linked with a return to Hartlepool on a permanent basis. This became reality on 1st August 2020
Odusina played a key role as Hartlepool returned to the Football League beating Torquay in the National League play-off finals on 20th June 2021.
In June 2022 he was linked with a move to Bradford City which materialised the following month.
On 15th September 2023 he joined Woking on loan until January 2024.
On 28th May 2024 Timi turned his loan to Woking into a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee having played 19 times on loan.
