Biography

Argentinean midfielder Christian Otero and his fellow Argentinean German Tempone played for Norwich Reserves on 3rd September 1998 in the 1-0 defeat at home to Chelsea. Although described as a dead ball specialist, Christian had a quiet game but nearly equalized with a late free kick. Christian has an Italian passport so would not need a work permit if Bruce Rioch opted to sign him.

The following year saw the young Argentinean have a similar unsuccessful trial with Crewe Alexandra. Trials have also occurred with Bristol City, Grimsby and Oxford. Christian plays normally for Argentinean Second Division side Alverado.
