In April 2022 Norwich City's Jaiden Owen was in the squad for Wales' Under-16s in the UEFA Under-16 Development Tournament.

He made his first appearance for Norwich's Under-18s on 8th October 2022 in a 3-1 win over Blackburn Rovers. The following month he played for Wales in the Football Federations Cup against Germany and Japan.

He was announced as part of the 2023 academy scholar intake by Norwich on 7th July 2023.

He signed his first professional contract with Norwich on 3rd October 2023. "I feel privileged," Owen said. "I feel grateful for the opportunity that Norwich City has provided for me. It's a special feeling [to play for Norwich], it's always a privilege to play for a club like this and I'm so grateful and happy to be here."
