Norwich City Academy player Vatan Ozcan played for England's Under-16s against Italy in two games in August 2023, scoring once. He has also spent time with Turkey's Under-16s. He plays as a defender.

He made his first appearance for Norwich's Under-18s when he came on as a half-time substitute against Aston Villa on 4th November 2023. His first start came a week later against Arsenal.

On 3rd July 2024 it was announced that Vatan was signing as an Academy scholar for the 2024/25 season.
