Midfielder Kevin Parker from Plymouth missed out large parts
of recent seasons through ME. He hoped for a first time debut
with the Canaries in 1999/2000 but did not make the grade. He
was released by the club on Wednesday 26th April 2000 having made
10 appearances for the Reserves in the 1999/2000 campaign.
Kevin agreed to spend the summer with Third Division Torquay and
won himself a one year contract. In September 2001, Kevin had
a trial with Yeovil after only making two appearances for Torquay
in their opening 10 games of the season. In November 2001, Kevin
signed for Dr Martens League side Weymouth on a contract until
the end of the season. In May 2002, Kevin was snapped up by ambitious
Weston Super-Mare who swooped when Weymouth's financial problems
limited their ability to offer Kevin a new contract.
In October 2003 he was playing for Bodmin Town and was the subject
of a transfer request from Porthleven. By May 2004, Kevin was
believed to have moved to Saltash United. In the 2005-06 season
he scored three times for Plymouth Parkway but was playing for
Tavistock the following season
