Biography

Terry Postle was Norwich City's kit man for twelve years until he was removed from the club as part of Glenn Roeder's backroom reshuffle in May 2008

Postle, who followed the Canaries as a 10-year-old during the 1959 FA Cup run, worked as a steward and maintenance man for the club before former manager Gary Megson put him in charge of the kit in 1996. He has worked under seven first-team managers.

As well as looking after the shirts, shorts, socks, shin pads and other kit at Colney, Postle has been a keen fund-raiser for the Friends of Norwich City Youth, who have contributed more than £300,000 to the Academy since 1996.

Postle follows the departures of assistant physiotherapist Peter Shaw, Academy physio Rod Dyer, under-14 coach Neil Adams and education and welfare officer Darren Bloodworth.
