Matt Powley started his role as the Personal Best Soccer goalkeeping coach in July 2011. Matt is a current holder of the FA level 1 coaching certificate and is aiming to progress through his coaching and academic qualifications at the college. He currently plays in goal for Mattishall and Dereham Town Football Clubs. Matt has had vast experience as a player at clubs such as Norwich City, Southend United and Cambridge United. Matt was also the goalkeeper for the successful Norfolk U18’s team that won the East Anglian championships. A student at Easton College studying sport science, Matt was named in 2012 the BCS England College’s goalkeeper.
