Michael Reindorf made his debut for Norwich City's Under-18s in a 5-0 defeat to Fulham on 27th March 2021. At the time he was part of Norwich's Under-16s. He was at Leyton Orient before joining Norwich.
On 16th July 2021 it was confirmed he was awarded a scholarship deal with Norwich. he is described as a direct and athletic winger.
On 31st May 2023 it was announced that he would be signing a professional contract with Norwich on 1st July 2023. He had scored six goals in 19 games for Norwich's Under-18s.
He had a trial with QPR in October 2023.
In February 2024 he was loaned to Kettering Town on a short term arrangement. They play in the Southern League Premier Central division. On his return to Norwich, he was released on 20th May 2024.
On 4th July 2024 Cardiff City reported that he had joined their Under-21s side ahead of the 2024/25 season. He made his professional debut for Cardiff in the English League Cup against Bristol Rovers on 13th August 2024 as a substitute in a 2-0 win. He then started in the 5-3 defeat to Southampton in the same trophy on 28th August 2024.
