Neal Reynolds replaced Tim Sheppard
as Norwich's physio in June 2001. 27 year old Reynolds quit his
position at Oxford to join Norwich. Before his stint at the Manor
Ground, Neal was with WBA (where Denis Smith has spotted his talent).
Reynolds, said yesterday: "To be honest, it was an opportunity
that was too good to turn down. It's an opportunity to be at a
First Division club and the whole set-up there is bigger. They
used to be in the Premiership, they have an Academy and it's a
typical First Division setup” Sheppard was involved in the interviews
in appointing his successor.
Neal left Norwich in May 2008 to join Arsenal as part of Gary
Lewin's physio team. Neal is an excellent physio and
we would have liked to have retained his services, said
Glenn Roeder. However, this
is a good opportunity for him and we wish him all the best.
