Youth team product
Jon (short for Jonathan) Rigby made ten appearances for the Norwich
City first team in 1985 and 1986 lasting a total of 14 hours and
18 minutes. Seeking pastures new, Jon joined Kuopian Palloseura
of Finland before returning to England to play league football for
Aldershot (1 game) and Cambridge Utd (31 games and six goals). A
pelvic injury led him to retire from professional football. His
first non-league team was Thetford Town. He is currently playing
for
Wroxham in
the Jewson Eastern Counties League Premier Division scoring on a
regular basis.
