According to his LinkedIn profile, Liam Rolston joined Norwich City in January 2021 as a Regional Academy Scout. He has performed similar roles for Southampton (August 2018-December 2020) and Charlton (February 2017 to July 2018); combining the latter with being a development centre coach.
