Norwich City goalkeeper Jack Ruddy was called up to the Wales Under-15 squad in April 2022 to play against the Republic of Ireland, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He played in the 1-0 defeat to North Macedonia and the 3-3 draw with the Republic of Ireland. Swansea goalkeeper Sam Seager played in the other two games.

In November 2022 he played for Wales' Under-16s in the Victory Shield against Scotland.

On 29th June 2023 his father John revealed that Jack had been offered a place in the Norwich City academy. He made the bench for the Under-18s on 4th November 2023 against Aston Villa.

Jack signed a two year scholarship with Norwich on 28th June 2024.
