According to his LinkedIn profile, former Aldershot player Kassim Sandah joined Norwich as Head of London Recruitment in October 2020. He had previously worked for the Golden Stars football academy in South London from January 2015 as well as being an academy scout, regional co-ordinator and schools talent ID manager for Crystal Palace since 2015. He was also with the Kinetic Foundation. |
