Former Norwich City
youth team product Adam Seal joined Downham Town on 11th July
2005. 25 year old Seal had been out of the game for two years
with a cruciate ligament injury. Previously he had played for
Swaffham. Manager Robin Sainty said Adam was "the best
creative midfielder I have ever worked with. Adam captained Swaffham
at the age of 22 and was inspirational.Every sucessful team needs
a midfielder who can unpick tight defences and Adam is such a
player.Not only will he create a lot of goals,he will also score
his fair share and I am very excited to have him in the team."
He later played for Dersingham before joing Sherringham
In June 2018, he was named as Kings Lynn's new reserve team manager. He was assistant to Robbie Back in 2017/18 before taking over the reins in the last few weeks of the season, when he helped the team to four wins from their last six outings.
