It was announced by Norwich on 7th July 2023.that La'Sean Sealey was part of the 2023 academy scholar intake

He signed his first professional contract with Norwich at the end of February 2025, until 2027. Sealey said: "It's a great feeling, it's something I've worked hard and long towards. It's good to finally get it over the line and focus on my football. I remember when I was in the pre-academy and hearing stories about players who have made it into the Under-18s from Under-8s and it's so good to have done that and now signed my professional deal."
