Joe Simpson is a former goalkeeper who spent time at Norwich City Under-18s, Dereham, Fakenham and New York Red Bulls Under23s and various non league clubs before injury curtailed my playing career at a young age. 

He is a UEFA Licensed coach, FA Youth Award & qualifications in analysis and scouting. Joe held coaching and management roles in both men’s and women’s football, including at Peterborough's Academy, Wroxham's Women's team, Wisbech St Mary

He worked with Ian Culverhouse at Kings Lynn as Academy Manager between January 2020 and January 2022 before following him to Kettering in January 2022. He had previously been at Lynn as Under-16s coach (July 2013-September 2020), Goalkeeper Coach (August 2015-July 2016) and Kings Lynn Ladies' head aoch (May 2016 to July 2018).

His current full time job is at Norwich City's Community Sport Foundation as “Football Development Manager U7s-U12s” which he took up in January 2022.
