With an unusal surname, I conclude that this is the same person as South Wales based goalkeeper Jamie Smallcombe who spent two years at Southampton as a trainee and has also played representative football for Wales. After spending a few seasons as Clevedon Town, he is now playing in Wales for Caldicott Town
