According to his LinkedIn profile, Anton Smith joined Norwich City in September 2021 as Youth Development Phase Coach. Prior to this he was a youth scout for Dagenham and Redbridge (2013-16), Assistant Head of Recruitment for Dagenham & Redbridge (2015-16), Talent Scout for Reading (2016-18), Manager of Braintree Town Reserves (2018) and an academy coach with Southend United (2019-21)
