Biography

Easton College student Liam Smith was called up to play for Norwich's reserves against Coventry on Monday 13th December 2004. The Canaries fielded an understrength side due to injury problems and the fact that the youth team were preparing for their FA Youth Cup clash with Burnley on 15th December 2004. Fellow Easton student Andrew Bunn was also selected whilst goalkeeping coach James Hollman and assistant physio Peter Smith were on the bench. The Canaries won 3-0 with Smith providing the pass for their second goal - scored by Danny Crow.

Liam played again for the Reserves against Chelsea on 19th January 2005 - again due to Norwich's injury problems and the youth team's commitments at Southampton in the FA Youth Cup. He also played for Norwich reserves in the 3-0 defeat to Ipswich in December 2005.

Liam joined Diss Town during the summer of 2007.
